A new role suited to an experienced health care professional with a nursing qualification or a senior HCA looking to progress to a management role.
Proven ability and experience to work at this level in a mental health care home is essential.
The CL will work with the team providing high standards of clinical governance ensuring that the home continues to meet regulatory requirements with practices, documentation, audits, etc and support the Manager with JCC inspections.
Support the team with 20 resident care plans/reviews, new placements, MDT meetings.
The CL must be flexible to manage their hours to suit business needs which will include some evenings, weekends and bank holidays as well as providing cover for the Home Manager during annual leave and, on occasions if business needs require, work alongside the team, leading by example.
