Jersey Hospice Care is seeking a passionate and dedicated Part‑Time Chef to join our Catering Team to help deliver exceptional dining experiences for our patients, families, staff, volunteers, and visitors. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day operation of our catering service, ensuring the delivery of nutritious, high‑quality meals that contribute to the comfort, wellbeing, and care of those we support.
The post holder will share responsibility for leading the kitchen operation alongside fellow chefs, ensuring continuity of service and a positive working environment. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Food Production & Cooking or an equivalent catering qualification, a current Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 minimum) and have experience as a Chef or Sous Chef.
