Care Assistant at Westview House, Totland Bay, Isle of Wight.

28 hours per week with shifts from 7am-2pm and 2pm-9pm. A mixture of shifts to be worked flexibly over 5 days, including every other weekend.

Basic rate: £12.80

Qualifications:

  • NVQ 2/Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent + 25p per hour
  • NVQ 3/Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent + 50p per hour

Enhancements: 10% for weekends

Attendance Bonus: +75p per hour
