Basic rate: £12.80
NVQ 2/Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent: + 25p per hour
NVQ 3/Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent: + 50p per hour
Enhancements: 10% for weekends
Attendance Bonus: +75p per hour
