Island Green Power is seeking a Project Finance Legal Counsel to join its in-house team and help finance, acquire, develop and deliver major renewable energy projects in the UK and internationally, supporting complex, high‑value deals. You will work closely with Development, Finance, Commercial and Executive teams on project finance transactions, SPAs, JV agreements, development services, EPCs, PPAs and related due diligence.
