WHAT YOU'LL BE LEADING
You'll have end-to-end accountability for construction delivery across the IGP portfolio, spanning both the pre-construction and construction phases:
- Own cost, programme, quality, and HSE performance across all projects, reporting to the COO
- Build, lead, and continuously improve the company's construction management system, execution strategy, and contractor management framework
- Drive KPI reporting to the COO, SLT, and project funders
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations
- Deep knowledge of NEC/FIDIC contract forms, interface management, and claims
- Experience in project finance environments including lender reporting and LTA interfaces
- A natural leader who builds culture, develops talent, and holds high standards without losing the ability to collaborate
