Island City Network PCN is seeking an experienced Nurse/Paramedic Practitioner to join a progressive Primary Care Network. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, triage, diagnosis, and treatment within General Practice, while supporting GPs and extending clinical capacity across the network.
The post requires UK registration (NMC/HCPC), an undergraduate degree in nursing or paramedicine, and experience at band 6 level or higher.
