IRW’s International Programmes Division is recruiting for the position of ‘Programmes System Design & Implementation Officer’ to join its Programme Quality team. This position is based anywhere globally where IR has a country office and is only open to current IR employees. The Programmes System Design & Implementation Officer will support the ongoing delivery, maintenance, and future development of the Global Programmes & MEAL System (GPMS) globally. Responsibilities include supporting various data and information management initiatives such as high-quality data analysis and reporting, and digital transformation projects like digitalising proposal and reporting processes and templates. Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery, maintenance, and development of the GPMS globally. Assist with data and information management initiatives, including data analysis and reporting. Contribute to digital transformation projects, such as digitalising processes and templates. The successful candidate must have: Experience working in various project teams of different sizes. Ability to work with stakeholders with diverse IT and technical skills, from developers to end users with little or no IT background. Experience configuring and building “no-coding” systems/solutions. Understanding of ICT technical areas related to systems development and infrastructure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at individual and group levels. Experience designing and executing system development test plans. Ability to produce training materials and deliver both in-person and remote training. Experience managing the full project lifecycle. Ability to engage with high-level stakeholders and individuals at all levels. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines. Skill in translating complex technical terms for non-technical audiences. Ability to motivate project teams to meet delivery deadlines. Logical and creative thinking skills. Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting. Experience using Jira or similar software development lifecycle tools.
