Islamic Relief UK (IRUK) is recruiting for the position of Corporate Brand Partnership Manager to be based from its Waterloo Office, London. The organisation is currently operating to a hybrid working model. The Corporate and Brand Partnerships Manager will lead the development and delivery of high-value partnerships that enhance Islamic Relief UK’s income, reach, and brand visibility. The role spans strategic planning, relationship management, and delivery of partnership activations across corporate, SME, trust, foundation, and brand sectors. Working collaboratively across internal teams, the postholder will ensure partnerships align with organisational priorities, uphold brand integrity, and deliver measurable impact for both partners and beneficiaries.
The successful candidate must have:
- Educated to degree level or possess a relevant qualification or appropriate experience in a directly related post.
- Proven experience in developing, negotiating and managing high-value corporate and/or brand partnerships.
- Strong understanding of corporate fundraising and commercial partnership models (sponsorship, licensing, cause marketing).
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrable success in achieving or exceeding income targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver impactful collaborations.
- Strong project management, financial planning and organisational skills.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of marketing, CSR and brand engagement principles.
- Commitment to Islamic Relief’s mission, values and humanitarian principles.
