We're looking for a talented Implementation Evaluation Lead to join Isla's Delivery team. Your focus will be on evaluating Isla's impact across our clients, creating robust client facing insight reporting, supporting clients to realise the benefits of implementation and articulating Isla's impact. As you grow in the role, you'll develop expertise in our platform and influence its future direction to meet the needs of our NHS partners. If you're ambitious, have strong experience in data analysis and evaluation, and are a talented storyteller, this is a great role for you.

Isla Health is a venture-backed healthtech startup, supporting our partners across the UK, EU and internationally beyond this. We have built a new category of healthcare technology which we refer to as the Digital Pathway Platform (DPP). Founded in 2019, we now support 25% of NHS Trusts and see 2 million submissions on the platform every year. As a company we are all laser focused on enabling a scalable model of care which empowers healthcare staff and improves patient outcomes. The DPP supports this by setting up digital pathways which are remote-first and asynchronous. As pathways harness sophisticated automation, clinical algorithms and intelligent cohorting, patients always take the optimised route through their pathway, thereby delivering a step change in clinical productivity.

As we build the Delivery team you will be working closely with all aspects of the business, from Sales right through to Product and Engineering. You will be reporting directly to our Director of Delivery to ensure you're developing professionally, are happy and motivated as well as being exposed to the wider business & health context that we are working in. The people around you will be high performing and will expect a lot from you.
