We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and forward-thinking Physiotherapy Clinic Manager/Team Lead to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior physiotherapist who is passionate about leadership, clinical excellence, and service development. The successful candidate will play a key role in the overall running and progression of our clinics, helping to shape and develop services while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. This is a combined managerial and clinical role, and the successful applicant will continue to manage their own patient caseload alongside leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the clinics
- Manage and support clinic staff across all locations
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and clinical guidance to junior team members
- Coordinate staff rotas, annual leave, and clinical cover
- Maintain an active clinical caseload and deliver high-quality physiotherapy treatment
- Ensure excellent standards of patient care and customer service are consistently delivered
- Contribute to service development and clinic growth, identify opportunities to introduce and develop new services
- Support the ongoing progression and success of the clinics
- Maintain strong clinical governance and professional standards
Essential Requirements
- Degree qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC/CSP registration (or relevant local equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate clinical experience
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
- Trained in acupuncture
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clinic locations
- Full UK working rights in situ
Desirable Skills
- Pilates training and experience
- Previous management or leadership experience within private practice
- Interest in business development and service innovation
