Overview
We are currently searching for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join an established business in Warwick. This is a solo role managing the health and safety of a small group of offices and an engineering site. You will need to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and advise on how to improve the sites. Regular risk assessments will need to be conducted along with fire safety as well as managing all records of incidents and inspections.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular risk assessments and fire safety planning.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across offices and engineering site.
- Advise on improvements to site safety and practices.
- Manage all records of incidents and inspections.
- Maintain and improve health and safety documentation and processes.
- Coordinate safety-related activities in a small multi-site environment.
Qualifications
- General NEBOSH qualification
- COSHH experience
- Experience in health and safety management; ability to advise and implement improvements
Benefits / Salary
The salary range for the role is £45k – £55k DOE with a generous benefits package which includes seasonal and yearly bonuses, up to 40 days holiday and a range of competitions, sporting events and incentive schemes. The working week is Monday to Friday contracted to 37 hours with overtime paid at a premium. Some out of hours work may be required to secure premises.
