Isla Rose is searching for an experienced CAD/CAM Engineer for an established engineering company based in Wolverhampton. As a CAD/CAM Engineer you will be required to utilise AutoCAD and Solidworks to create accurate drawings and 3D models, liaising with clients to ensure accuracy. You will be required to create 2D nests for flatbed laser machines using BySoft and create bend programs for Bystronic press brake machines on ByBend. You will be required to create programs that use efficient cutting paths, maximise material use and reduce waste. To apply you will need to have experience as a CAD/CAM Programmer, ideally with experience using BySoft, AutoCAD and Solidworks. Bystronic programming ~2D AutoCAD ~3D Solidworks ~ Press brake ~ CAD/CAM ~ This role is immediately available on a permanent contract. The working week is Monday to Friday on days.
