Salary: £60,000 - £90,000 per annum + Uncapped commission plus equity options.
Location: Hybrid, UK-based. Work abroad up to 90 days/year. Quarterly travel to London for company-wide & team sessions.

Isla is transforming the way healthcare is delivered and we're looking for a Partnerships lead to join our Sales team and open doors at the highest level of the NHS. This is a high-impact, growth-focused role where you'll be responsible for generating revenue within your regional remit and contributing to strategic, business-level decisions that shape Isla's commercial direction.
You'll own the sales process end-to-end from first contact to closing enterprise-level deals, with a focus on selling Isla's digital solution into NHS secondary care. You'll leverage these relationships to identify opportunities, influence decision-making, and position Isla as the trusted partner for complex clinical and operational challenges. This role demands a consultative approach, the ability to navigate long sales cycles, and the commercial acumen to ensure our solutions are the right fit.
You'll have ownership of an NHS region from day one, with the potential to grow into a team leadership role as we expand. As part of our agile, VC-backed and B Corp-certified team, you'll use your strategic sales expertise to make a lasting impact on the future of digital healthcare.
What you'll be doing over the next 12 months:
- Establish a repeatable process for generating new leads into the business
- Use validated learning to help reduce our average deal duration
- Engage prospects via phone, email, and industry events
- Work with potential clients to understand needs and ensure strong solution fit
- Bring energy, focus, and drive to deliver results in a fast-moving environment
- Collaborate with the Product Team to strengthen the platform
- Shape commercial strategy by feeding insights into business-level decision making
- Input into company strategy and steer key decisions
- Explore new market opportunities
- Expand your influence and deepen relationships with NHS senior leadership
- Run product demos and map next steps with prospects, navigating organisations to final sign-off
