We are supporting a Health Tech business, at an exciting stage of its growth, hire an experienced Product Manager (likely Senior / Lead level).

This is a standalone Product role at this stage, working closely with the founder and development team, to take full, end to end Product responsibilities; from ideation, roadmap development to development and release.

With the growth of the business, will bring opportunity for this role to grow into leadership and beyond.

Our client is looking for:

• An experienced Product Manager with full, end to end lifecycle experience.
• Strong commercial acumen – evidence of identifying product ideas and leading them through to a clear, commercial impact for the business.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – evidence of being proactive, taking the initiative, and driving continual improvements to a successful commercial offering.
• Prior Health / HealthTech experience – evidence of prior knowledge of supplying cutting edge product to the NHS, Private health, or wider public sector.
• If no HealthTech, then prior experiences in a fast paced, fast growing startup is an option.
• Someone happy to be with the team, in the office, for 3 days a week.

Salary is negotiable for the right person, but expected to be in the region of £60K-£80K
