What You’ll Be Doing:

  • As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for future customers – sparking conversations, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the sales team.
  • Engaging with potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Researching companies to find ideal customer profiles
  • Running outreach campaigns and personalising messaging
  • Qualifying leads by asking smart, curious questions
  • Booking discovery calls and updating the CRM (HubSpot)
  • Shadowing Account Executives on calls and learning the full SaaS sales cycle
  • Keeping data clean, updated and well-organised
  • Supporting wider sales and marketing initiatives

What They’re Looking For: You don’t need to have tech sales experience – but you do need the drive, curiosity and people skills to thrive. You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience in a customer-facing or support/admin role
  • Are confident picking up the phone and speaking with new people
