Historically services-led, it is now evolving, productising internal IP into repeatable SaaS offerings while continuing to deliver high-value transformation work. It is an established services business transitioning toward a hybrid platform + services model. That commercial shift requires a different kind of sales leader.
We are seeking a Head of Sales to build and professionalise the revenue engine. You will architect the commercial operating system while personally leading from the front - opening, progressing and closing complex enterprise opportunities.
