Your Role: The Game-Changer

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to join us as our first full-time in-house engineer. This is your chance to be the cornerstone of our tech evolution. From taking our MVP to medical-grade software to developing scalable AI-driven solutions, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Spicy Minds’ future.

• Design secure, scalable features for a mental health platform that truly matters.
• Develop systems that meet the strictest standards (ISO 27001, ISO 13485, DCB0129).
• Seamlessly integrate AI into our tools while ensuring clinical and technical excellence.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make a difference. You’re not just about managing teams; you’re a hands-on engineer who’s itching to ship impactful solutions.

What You Bring

• A strong foundation in computer science and engineering.
• Proven experience building production-ready web or mobile apps.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and React Native.
• Familiarity with mature databases like Postgres or SQL Server.
• Cloud know-how (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• A track record of owning features from start to finish.
