The Opportunity
You’ll be the first point of contact for South-West businesses. Your job: identify senior decision-makers, start meaningful conversations, and convert interest into meetings, taster sessions, and events. This is a role for someone who loves outreach, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in an environment where learning and development are part of everyday life.
What You’ll Do
- Generate warm leads through cold calling, social selling, emails, and networking
- Build a high-quality pipeline of senior decision-makers
- Post, share, and engage with thought-leading content using the business’s world-class marketing collateral.
- Attend networking events across the Southwest (car required)
- Convert interest into booked meetings, taster sessions, and speaking opportunities
- Manage your pipeline through HubSpot and support marketing-led leads
- Build strong relationships and strategic introductions
What You Bring
- Experience in B2B business development or a passion to be exceptional in this space
- The ability to generate leads by engaging and communicating with executive level professionals.
- Ideally skilled with, or the ability to learn quickly, with LinkedIn, HubSpot, CRM tools, and modern BD workflows.
- Strong communication skills and confidence with decision-makers
- Organised, proactive, commercially aware, and resilient
- A genuine hunger for learning, coaching, and self-improvement
- Willingness to make daily outbound calls and try new approaches
