Ensilitech is a mission-led biotech developing a patented technology that allows vaccines and biologics to be stored and transported without cold chain. We’re now growing our commercial capability and are looking for a Sales Support hire to join the team.
This is an early-career role for someone who wants to learn how a commercial function really works inside a scaling science-led business - not a narrow sales quota role, but a chance to build strong foundations and grow with the company.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the sales process with CRM updates, follow-ups, meeting notes, and task tracking
- Helping ensure leads, conversations, and opportunities don’t fall through the cracks
- Carrying out market and competitor research to support commercial decision-making
- Supporting preparation for customer meetings, pitches, and events
- Working with internal data to help the team better understand markets, pricing, and positioning
- Being a reliable, organised point of support for a busy senior team
You won’t be carrying your own sales quota, but your work will directly support commercial traction and revenue outcomes by making the team more effective.
What we’re looking for
- Early in your career - perhaps a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years’ commercial experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Commercially curious and keen to understand how businesses grow
- Clear communicator, happy working with different stakeholders
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change - this is a startup
- Aligned with Ensilitech’s mission and values
- Healthcare or biotech experience is useful but not essential
What we can offer
- A genuine opportunity to learn how commercial teams operate in a real, growing business
- Close exposure to senior leaders and founders
- A supportive, low-ego environment where learning and asking questions is encouraged
- A permanent role with scope to grow responsibility over time
- Remote-first working, with flexibility to meet in person in Bristol when needed
- Salary of £27–30k, depending on experience
Process
- Two-stage interview process, conducted virtually
- Focus on mindset, reliability, communication, and potential
If you’re early in your career and want to build strong commercial foundations - rather than just chase targets - we’d love to hear from you.
