Role Description

This full-time, remote Junior Data Analyst role on the Reporting & Metrics team involves analyzing and visualizing datasets to provide actionable insights. The Junior Data Analyst will create and maintain reports and dashboards, extract data for analysis, and interpret trends to assist decision-making. Additional tasks include supporting the development of metrics frameworks and identifying operational improvements based on data findings.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Experience with SQL and databases, along with a strong understanding of data management
  • Ability to interpret and present data insights to inform business decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics) or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
  • Experience in creating metrics frameworks and formulating actionable insights is advantageous
