An exciting career opportunity as a Maintenance Assistant responsible for keeping the hotel facilities in optimum operating condition by performing preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs in all areas of the hotel. Responsibilities
- Maintaining heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, performing routine maintenance and repairs.
- Performing preventative maintenance work throughout all areas of the hotel.
- Working in a safe manner and maintaining cleanliness and order in the hotel’s power plant areas.
- Perform cleaning activities such as dusting and mopping to ensure the hotel is clean and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
- Experience using hand and electrical tools.
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and dexterity.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
