Our client, a hotel in Cheshire, UK is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join their team.
Your key responsibilities would be to:
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.
- Forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance.
- Maximise sales and revenue.
- Sales and productivity reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven food and beverage management experience.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
- Communication and leadership skills.
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
- Guest-oriented and service-minded.
This is a property based in Cheshire West (near Manchester) and is a live-out position. Applicants who reside outside of the UK must have the Right to Work in the UK (either a British Passport or Work permit) in order to apply.
Other responsibilities include:
- Preserving excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Designing exceptional menus, purchasing goods and continuously making necessary improvements.
- Identifying customers' needs and responding proactively to all of their concerns.
- Providing a two-way communication and nurturing an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
- Complying with all health and safety regulations.
