Senior Human Resources Manager

Isio is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Employment, Policy and HR Services team in Manchester. Reporting to the Head of HR Services, you will provide expert advice across the employee lifecycle, lead on complex employee relations and employment law matters, and help strengthen the policies, insight and services that support our people and business. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, senior leaders and colleagues across the HR function, with a particular focus on Wealth, Private Office and Employee Benefits. The role combines strategic influence with hands-on delivery and includes line management, team development and support for organisational change and M Power BI and Microsoft Office knowledge would be advantageous.
