Isio is seeking experienced pension administrators to join our Pensions Administration team across Birmingham, Manchester and Reading with a hybrid workstyle. You will deliver great service to Defined Benefit scheme members and clients, handling casework to a high standard.
You will use a range of systems, keep SLAs, respond via phone, email and web, escalate issues where needed, and develop pensions knowledge through ongoing training and regulatory updates.
