Isio's Pensions Consulting Team, part of our wider Actuarial & Consulting team comprising over 400 pensions professionals, advises a diverse range of clients across private, public and notâforâprofit sectors. Our consultants lead strategic advice and governance for pension schemes, navigating complex regulations and ensuring projects run smoothly and on time.
We are looking for professionals with sound pensions consulting and technical skills, governance experience, commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team.
Day to Day
- Support the delivery of advice to clients, managing key projects and working with broader teams.
- Engage with clients on technical aspects of projects, collaborating within teams and supporting colleagues.
- Assist in developing new business with existing and new clients.
- There are opportunities to work across a wide range of pensions consulting areas and with a broad client base.
Key Skills and Experience
- Relevant industry experience as a pensions consultant, secretary or inâhouse pension manager; actuarial/PMI qualifications are useful but not essential.
- Excellent communicator, able to explain complex problems simply.
- Enthusiasm and motivation to solve problems and deliver excellent advice.
- Strong project management and client delivery skills, balancing multiple demands.
- Team player who supports more junior colleagues.
- Commercial acumen; keen to help grow the business and identify new opportunities.
Where is the role?
The role is available at Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester and Reading. We work on a hybrid basis, allowing colleagues to split time between office, client sites and home.
