This is an exciting opportunity to join Isio’s fast growing Employee Benefits business, which spans strategic benefit design, workplace health & wellbeing consulting, DC pensions, benefits technology and employee engagement & support.

The Client Manager owns the end-to-end relationship for Isio’s Employee Benefits clients, acting as a trusted adviser and single point of accountability. The role is responsible for retaining and expanding client relationships, shaping long‑term account strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience across the client journey.

  • Own client relationships across a portfolio of existing EB clients, coordinating stakeholders from Isio’s EB teams as required.
  • Develop and maintain client reward strategies, ensuring that Isio acts as a strategic partner in helping clients achieve their people goals.
  • Drive revenue growth across the client portfolio through consultative client support, identifying opportunities to broaden client relationships and address their needs.
  • Maintain a broad understanding of Isio’s EB services, including strategic benefit design, workplace health & wellbeing consulting, DC pensions, benefits technology and employee engagement & support.
  • Champion the voice of the client internally, driving positive NPS scores and continually improving the client journey.
  • Lead escalation and triage of client issues, coordinating internal teams to resolution.
  • Drive client advocacy, satisfaction, and contract renewals through proactive relationship management.
  • Secure long‑term contracts through exceptional relationships with a variety of client stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain client account plans, action logs and BAU toolkits as needed.
  • Lead client Quarterly Business Reviews covering strategic objectives, market trends and insights, actions, and work in‑flight.
  • Remain up to date with latest market trends, regulations, legislation and changes that can impact client reward strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience working within Employee Benefits, health & wellbeing, or the HCM industry, including benefits technology.
  • Exceptional people skills with a proven ability to build, own, and sustain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a credible adviser and long‑term partner.
  • Experience in shaping and executing account strategies that help drive better client and employee outcomes.
  • Proven commercial acumen, with experience of successfully broadening client relationships, growing revenue over a sustained period, and securing long‑term contract renewals.
  • Adept at responding to client change, emerging needs, and external factors, and translating these insights into proactive account and service responses.
  • Confidence in leading complex or high‑risk client escalations, providing clear direction and coordination to ensure timely and effective resolution.
