Job Description Experienced Pensions Administrator Isio’s Pensions Administration business continues to thrive, growing year on year. To support our ambitious growth plans we are looking for experienced and member focused Pension Administrators. We currently have vacancies which can be based in our Reading, Croydon, Bristol or Birmingham city centre office with a hybrid workstyle. You will be responsible for delivering great service to a portfolio of Defined Benefit pension scheme clients and their members. Providing excellent service to our pension scheme members, through accurate, timely and empathetic contact, via phone and email. Escalating any errors, omissions and complaints in a timely manner to ensure they can be handled in accordance with agreed procedures and within appropriate timescales. Previous experience as a pension administrator with experience and knowledge of delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes. Excellent member service focus with the ability to deal with a variety of people, building relationships and managing expectations. Strong general IT skills, comfortable with MS Office and other system functionality.
