Role and ResponsibilitiesThis role requires consultants to produce high quality deliverables addressing key client issues including:
- Pension provider reviews, analysis of tender responses and drafting of high quality summaries and reports.
- Cost benefit analysis for companies and/or trustees when they are considering changing pension vehicle/structure.
- Support with client benefit strategy, including technology, benefit reviews and benchmarking.
- Member communication materials working in conjunction with senior colleagues, clients, providers and other third parties.
- Provider proposition research and future developments across the market.
- Regular trustee reporting and Governance committee materials.
We will entrust you to:
- Effectively delegate and review work produced by junior colleagues, ensuring it is technically excellent.
- Prepare for and attend client meetings including presenting advice.

- Manage your own time effectively to consistently meet all deadlines.
- Regularly monitor all aspects of risk compliance.
- Help with identifying and researching business opportunities.
- Share knowledge with colleagues throughout the department.
- Support with wider reward and benefits consulting projects.
Good understanding of the UK DC pensions and/or Reward landscape and the issues facing our clients, this will likely come from a number of years of relevant work experience in this market in a similar role.
- Organised and able to prioritise your own tasks and manage small projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team.
- Consistently able to work at a high level of intensity whilst maintaining a professional and positive approach.
