The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
We are growing and want you to be a part of our journey. Isio is the market leader in operational consolidation; we enable UK based DB pension schemes to run more efficiently and effectively by using their collective buying power and gaining operational synergies of being a portfolio of schemes serviced by one team.
We currently have 80 consolidator clients and intend to grow this to over 200 schemes in the next three years. And that’s where you come in.
If you have an exceptional background in sales and opportunity origination from any professional services or consulting background, have the ability to open doors at CFO level, and have the tenacity to win work from a cold start then we have the perfect role for you.
What’s the role?
- Cultivate and leverage personal and firm-wide networks to initiate strategic conversations with CFOs of mid-sized UK companies who have a DB pension scheme based on Isio’s target list.
- Position Enplan and The Pensions Master Plan propositions with clarity aligning the benefits with the financial and governance priorities of target CFOs.
- Drive origination activity with tenacity and professionalism maintaining momentum across long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align outreach efforts with brand positioning, market intelligence and client insights to enable Isio to provide the solution that best meets the client’s need.
- Represent Enplan and The Pensions Master Plan in the market using thought-leadership, events, and targeted campaigns to build credibility and open doors with key decision-makers.
Where is the role?
Our consolidation clients are serviced by a dedicated team within Isio with hubs based in Manchester, Belfast and Scotland – but we are open to considering those in other locations joining the team including Birmingham, Bristol, Croydon, Edinburgh, Leeds, London and Reading. The role will be primarily office based and we provide flexibility to work on a hybrid basis.

As a challenger in the industry, we are looking for individuals with strong sales skills, a high level of professionalism, a commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial mindset and, most important, ambition.
