The Business Readiness function is a newly formed team within Client Onboarding & Change division / Pension Administration service line. The Business Readiness Lead is responsible for ensuring the organisation is fully prepared to adopt and successfully implement business changes, such as new scheme onboardings, new systems, processes, or regulatory requirements, all of which have a direct and immediate impact on Isio's ability to deliver first-class customer service to associated stakeholder groups (i.e. members and trustees). This role bridges the gap between project delivery and operational adoption, ensuring that people, processes, and technology are aligned for successful change outcomes. The role will include team management responsibilities. This new role can be based in any of our regional city centre offices with a hybrid workstyle.
