Consultant Support β Isio Wealth Planning
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated IFA administrator to provide comprehensive support to the consultants in our Croydon office, managing client relationships, submitting new business, policy servicing and client reviews.
Role and Responsibilities
- Establish and build relationships with clients and providers.
- Manage individual workflow tasks.
- Complete requests from Consultants & Paraplanners.
- Upload fact find information and client data to the client management system (Intelliflo).
- Update client fees and monitor consultant remuneration/ Cash Balance Monitoring.
- Obtain policy information and valuations for meeting prep/annual reviews.
- Process all new business and client correspondence, through to completion.
- Managing and dealing with daily post as directed.
- Meet deadlines set (internally & externally).
- Assist with the overflow of work in other areas.
- Register and utilise appropriate extranet/websites and other forms of e-business.
- Operate within the compliance and corporate standards of the business.
- Consistently implement and review processes.
- Undertake appropriate professional development and training.
- Comply with the relevant financial regulations and rules at all times.
- Comply with the relevant compliance, T&C and Anti-Money Laundering Procedures of the firm at all times.
- Keep up to date with all relevant product, legislative or technical changes.
External and Internal Communications:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with employees and line managers
Key Skills & Experience
Essential:
- 2+ year experience in an IFA environment.
- Previous experience processing business.
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Interpersonal β team working and communicating with clients.
- Proactive, willing to continue to develop, enthusiastic.
- Highly organised, methodical, disciplined and meticulous.
- Good organisational, time management skills and effective workload management.
- Ability to prioritise and deal with pressure.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of platform providers e.g. Aberdeen Wrap, Aviva Platform, AJ Bell, Royal London.
- Knowledge of DFMs, e.g. Brewin Dolphin, Rathbones, Charles Stanley.
- Knowledge of Investment products e.g. DFMs, model portfolios, Structured notes, ISAs, EISs and VCTs.
- Knowledge of personal and group pensions, SIPPs and SSASs.
- Understanding of compliance processes and issues.
