What does the role entail?

  • Build and scale Isio’s consulting & broking capabilities at scale, including back‑office functions as part of a scalable operating model.
  • Drive revenue growth, including onboarding new clients, cross‑selling to existing Isio clients, and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Work across risk and health functions for mid‑market/corporate clients, delivering exceptional levels of service.
  • Collaborate across the Employee Benefits business to provide a holistic approach to wellbeing for Isio clients, including flexible benefits technology.
  • Work across Isio with subject matter experts to deliver innovative and impactful Thought Leadership.
  • Design, create and refine delivery and support processes across the client journey.
  • Drive continual improvement across the Isio client bank, including margin expansion and client satisfaction.
  • Recruit, onboard and manage a fast‑growing team.
  • Collaborate with leadership across the EB Business and WH&W team.

What we’re looking for?

  • A recognised UK market consulting leader, with established relationships at major carriers.
  • Experience of working at an established consulting & advisory firm.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience of successfully growing sales and revenue over a sustained period.
  • A consulting role model, capable of inspiring and developing junior colleagues.
  • A track record of innovation, deep knowledge of market trends and history of impactful thought leadership.
  • An organised, data‑driven, and operationally focused business leader.
  • Excellent people and communication skills, capable of motivating a team and communicating with C‑suite stakeholders.
