We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner who is immediately available to join the HR team to support with contingent and direct hiring.

This role will be a fixed term contract for 3-6 months due to business growth and increased recruitment volumes.

This role can be based in one of our city centre offices with a hybrid workstyle.

What does the role entail?

  • Supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition, wider TA team and working closely with key stakeholders in the business to attract talent.
  • Develop and execute on appropriate sourcing strategies, with a focus on diversity initiatives.
  • Manage a range of creative sourcing techniques.
  • Develop an understanding of the business, the external market and trends that impact the pensions industry.
  • Map relevant skillsets and maintain a pipeline of candidates.
  • Manage agency supplier relationships for contingent hiring, with the focus being on direct hiring.
  • Negotiate competitive offers and promote the career progression opportunities that Isio can provide.
  • Track and monitor recruitment progress, providing accurate MI on a regular basis

What we’re looking for?

  • Extensive full recruitment life cycle experience as an in-house recruiter in the financial or professional services sector.
  • Pensions or Actuarial recruitment experience is essential.
  • Hands on experience in a hybrid recruitment role, managing both direct and agency hiring.
  • Prioritise direct hiring and cost saves.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Experience of managing agency relationships.
  • Offer negotiation and strong influencing skills.
  • Experience of volume recruitment in fast paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, identify priorities, and use initiative.
  • A team player, whilst independent in approach.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach with delivery.
  • A strategic mindset with creative a creative approach to recruitment in a challenging market.
  • Experience using the ATS 'Teamtailor' would be advantageous.
