We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to support financial planning, cost control and commercial decision-making across our Central Functions. This role plays a key part in driving financial discipline, transparency and accountability across the organisation, working closely with Department Heads and key stakeholders.
The position will have ownership of central cost bases, including budgeting, forecasting, spend oversight and financial controls, alongside responsibility for strengthening processes such as purchase order (PO) governance and invoice approvals. The role will also support oversight of CapEx and project-related spend and measurement and monitoring of project deliverables, partnering with FP&A and Finance teams to ensure strong financial management of a growing investment portfolio. This role can be based in our Birmingham or London city centre office with a hybrid workstyle.
What does the role entail?
