This is an exciting opportunity to join Isio’s fast growing Employee Benefits business, which spans strategic benefit design, workplace health & wellbeing, DC pensions, benefits technology and employee engagement & support.

What does the role entail?

  • Responsibility for achieving annual EB sales targets.
  • Growing and leading a team of sales professionals including New Business and Client Managers.
  • Creating a sales community across EB teams, improving sales capabilities, and maintaining best practice across all functions.
  • Working with proposition leads to drive upsell from existing clients.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and leaders across Isio to identify referral and cross‑sell opportunities, increasing average proposition and product penetration across EB.
  • Managing sales pipeline & reporting, ensuring consistency in CRM data and management.
  • Ensuring sufficient pipeline coverage.
  • Building the Client Manager team to drive revenue upsell, high retention and excellent relationships (NPS).
  • Working with marketing to drive sales collateral, marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior talent to build a thriving sales engine with robust succession planning.

What we’re looking for?

  • Extensive experience working in the employee benefits industry in a growth role.
  • Proven ability to design, manage, track and exceed financial targets in excess of £15m annually.
  • Successful background in scaling and building high‑performing growth teams within the EB industry.
  • Strong understanding of the human capital market ecosystem, including UK benefits, HR solutions and Payroll systems.
  • Excellent commercial acumen – proven ability to drive revenue growth, make smart commercial decisions and manage complex negotiations.
  • A data‑driven approach and experience operationalising sales functions.
  • Adept at communicating to senior stakeholders, both external and internal.
