We’re seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead and enhance our QA function within the Pensions Administration team. This role can be based in any of our city centre offices with a hybrid workstyle.
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our pensions administration processes. You’ll lead the development and implementation of QA frameworks across key areas including GMP Equalisation (GMPe), Pensions Dashboards, and core administration activities. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to uphold quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
