The Systems Onboarding Specialist will play a key role in supporting the onboarding of several new clients, contributing a new proposition within Isio. The role involves working with a number of different stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. This role can be based in any of our regional city centre offices, with a hybrid workstyle.

What does the role entail?

  • Work within a team to deliver and review Scheme Installations
  • Validate historical data, including service periods, salary history, and contribution records.
  • Audit and reconcile member data to identify discrepancies or gaps.
  • Ongoing support with data issues identified post Go Live.
  • Participate in the build of optimised solutions to reduce ongoing maintenance overheads and deliver efficient solutions to the administration team
  • Support the design and implementation of processes and procedures relating to Scheme Installations

What we're looking for

  • Experience of modern pensions administration systems
  • Proven record of delivering pension scheme installations
  • Proven record of delivering integrated payrolls
  • Able to set up processes (e.g. Pension increases) for installed schemes
  • Proven Systems knowledge for moving data between databases
  • Proven Systems knowledge for creating standalone databases
  • Understanding the power of good audit trails and documentation
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning & organisational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and creative approach to getting work delivered
  • Willingness to identify and overcome barriers to delivery of work
  • Management of key stakeholders at all levels in a typical corporate environment
