Data & Benefit Remediation Director – Isio

Join Isio’s Operational Solutions (OS) team to lead data and benefit rectification projects for large pension schemes.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drive new business, build client relationships, produce tender submissions and lead pitches.
• Lead client relationships across a range of schemes, providing expert guidance on strategic challenges.
• Develop propositions and collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape service delivery models.
• Support and mentor team members, manage performance and development.

Experience and Skills

• Track record in operational, data, and benefit rectification projects.
• Creative mindset and innovative thinking in product and strategy development.
• Strong network with independent trustees and pension schemes.
• Commercial mindset with experience growing client revenue.
• Leadership experience, building inclusive culture and learning & development.
• Ability to take high responsibility and work effectively in a team.
