Client Experience Assistant (Front of House) The Client Experience Assistant is a core member of our front-of-house team, supporting the delivery of a seamless, high-quality client and visitor experience in our London office.
This role is ideal for someone reliable, proactive and service-driven, with strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional environment.
The role requires wearing an Isio-provided uniform and maintaining a polished, professional appearance at all times.
This role is 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
The working pattern will vary within the 8:00am to 6pm operating window to ensure full cover (e. g., rotating shifts such as 8:00am to 4pm, 9:30am to 5:30pm, 10:00am to 6pm).
This in-office role will be based at our London premises on Noble Street, Barbican, EC2V 7EE.
