The Business Readiness function is a newly formed team within Client Onboarding & Change division / Pension Administration service line. The Business Readiness Analyst focuses on ensuring the business is prepared for change, whether that's a new system, process, operating model, or transformation initiative. All of which have a direct and immediate impact on Isio's ability to deliver first class customer service to associated stakeholder groups (i.e. members and trustees). This role helps to support the bridging of the gaps between project delivery and operational adoption, ensuring that people, processes, and technology are aligned for successful change outcomes. This role can be based in any of our regional city centre offices with a hybrid workstyle.
