We’re looking for a Senior Pensions Scheme Events Analyst to support our pension scheme administration service. You’ll be responsible for managing, processing and checking key annual and periodic pension scheme events across our growing portfolio of clients. The work is extremely varied, and you’ll be supported by an experienced and knowledgeable team. Ideally, you’ll have experience working in a similar role or you’ll have a strong technical background in pensions admin and are looking for a scheme level role and a new challenge.
What does the role entail?
- Prioritising and managing competing scheme events to ensure delivery with client Service Level Agreements.
- Processing and checking scheme events to comply with internal quality standards and scheme and legislative rules.
- Maintain a culture which reflects Isio’s values and puts the member at the heart of all activities.
- Attending internal and external meetings to provide support and guidance on scheme events.

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple events and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong technical DB pensions and legislative knowledge and understanding.
- Experience of working in a third-party administration environment.
