Isio Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom is looking for a Pensions Consultant Manager to join our Consulting Team. We are a group of dedicated professionals working collaboratively to deliver innovative, best practice solutions for each client's pension needs. Our consultants provide strategic advice to clients regarding their pension schemes, helping them navigate the complex world of pension regulations and operations.
As a challenger in the industry, we are looking for individuals with excellent pensions consulting and technical skills, a commercial outlook, and an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team. Day to day you will be:
- Supporting in the delivery of advice to clients, managing key client projects directly, and/or supporting our partners and directors.
- Involved in the technical aspects of projects, building relationships with clients directly, working as part of a team, and developing those around you.
- Assisting in the development of new business, both with existing and new clients.
Key skills and experience we’re looking for include:
- Experience as a pensions consultant, secretary, or in-house pensions manager with relevant industry experience.
- A great communicator who can explain complex problems simply.
- Enthusiasm and motivation to solve problems and deliver excellent advice.
- Excellent project management and client delivery skills.
- A great team worker, either as part of a team or managing a team.
- Commercial skills to help develop our business and look for new opportunities.
