As a Pensions Administrator in Isio’s Pensions Administration Training Academy, you will take part in a structured development programme designed to build the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in pensions administration. The programme combines classroom learning, hands‑on experience, and mentoring, with the aim of progressing into one of Isio’s pensions administration teams on successful completion.

During the programme, you will work within a supportive team environment to process pension scheme transactions, respond to member queries, and maintain accurate records, while developing a strong understanding of UK pensions regulations, data management, and customer service. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in pensions, who enjoys problem‑solving, working as part of a team, and delivering a high‑quality service to customers.
