As a Pensions Administrator in Isios Pensions Administration Training Academy, you will take part in a structured development programme designed to build the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in pensions administration. The programme combines classroom learning, hands-on experience, and mentoring, with the aim of progressing into one of Isios pensions administration teams on successful completion.
During the programme, you will work within a supportive team environment to process pension scheme transactions, respond to member queries, and maintain accurate records, while developing a strong understanding of UK pensions regulations, data management, and customer service. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in pensions, who enjoys problem-solving, working as part of a team, and delivering a high-quality service to customers.
