Responsibilities
- Process supplier and other business payments accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and record general ledger journals.
- Reconcile financial transactions and assist with account reconciliations.
- Maintain precise financial records and supporting documentation.
- Support month-end financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve payment queries.
- Provide general accounting and administrative support to the finance team.
- Perform any other finance-related duties as required.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, accounting software, and RPE.
- Strong skills in account reconciliation and time management.
- Knowledge of C programming language is advantageous.
