Key Responsibilities

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of REDD Intelligence clients, ensuring strong engagement, retention and expansion.

Acting as a trusted partner to institutional investors, the AM will maximise the value clients derive from REDD's intelligence platform while proactively identifying and converting upsell and cross-sell opportunities across ISI's broader product suite.

  • Own account performance end-to-end managing a portfolio of institutional clients across asset managers, hedge funds, investment banks, law firms and advisory firms.
  • Build strong, multi-threaded client relationships through regular meetings, proactive engagement and consistent follow-through positioning REDD Intelligence as an indispensable partner in clients' investment processes.
  • Drive client retention by ensuring high adoption of REDD Intelligence platforms, alerts, editorial content and research proactively monitoring usage and intervening early to address underutilisation or churn risk.
  • Own renewal negotiations with full commercial accountability identifying renewal risk at least 6 months in advance and developing clear strategies to protect and grow NRR.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Business Development Managers, leveraging client knowledge and usage data to surface high-probability expansion opportunities.
  • Lead discovery to uncover evolving client needs, workflow changes and investment focus areas using knowledge of emerging markets credit and distressed debt to shape conversations and position REDD's unique intelligence value.
  • Deliver product training, onboarding sessions and client workshops to maximise platform adoption and demonstrate ongoing value.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, coordinating with Editorial, Research and Product teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Provide structured client feedback to internal stakeholders to inform product development, content strategy and platform improvements.
  • Represent REDD Intelligence at industry events, conferences and client forums particularly across the Asia-Pacific credit and distressed debt community.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and reliable forecasting in Salesforce, with all opportunities updated weekly with next steps, close dates and detailed notes.
  • Required Skills & Experience

Experience

  • 4+years' experience in account management, client success or relationship management, ideally within financial services, financial data, research or Saa S subscription businesses.
  • Demonstrated track record of growing existing accounts, retaining clients and achieving upsell and cross-sell targets.
  • Experience working with institutional clients asset managers, hedge funds, investment banks or similar is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with emerging markets, fixed income, distressed debt or related financial markets is a distinct advantage.

  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify client needs, position value and translate REDD's intelligence capabilities into measurable business outcomes for investment professionals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage credibly with senior investment professionals, credit analysts and decision-makers at institutional clients.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, renewals and projects simultaneously without loss of quality or follow-through.
  • Analytical approach, comfortable interpreting client usage data and market developments to drive proactive account strategy.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM and reporting tools.
