We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented demand generation focused marketing manager to design and implement regional digital campaigns and support the execution of global marketing activities that drive marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and brand awareness for CEIC and EPFR, both ISI Markets companies. This is an extremely fast-paced, hands-on role that requires excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. You will translate strategic campaigns into actionable regional campaigns and ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting—all while working collaboratively with global marketing team leaders, product sales and your marketing peers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Marketing Execution: Support go-to-market plans for new and existing products, ensuring messaging, positioning, and value propositions are clear, consistent, and aligned with business goals.
- Campaign Execution & Digital Marketing Support: Run end-to-end digital and product campaigns across email, paid search, PPC, organic and paid LinkedIn ads, and display channels. Own tactical implementation and optimization. Use HubSpot and Salesforce for execution, tracking, and reporting.
- SEO & SEM Strategy Support: Execute SEO best practices across web content and landing pages. Manage end to end SEM/PPC campaigns to ensure high-quality lead generation and ROI. Track, analyse and report on key performance indicators.
- Content Coordination & Localization: Work with internal teams and external vendors to adapt and deploy marketing content across multiple formats and channels (email, web, social, sales materials). Support localization efforts in collaboration with regional marketing managers.
- Event & Webinar Support: Manage end to end logistics and promotional activities for proprietary events, sponsored conferences, and in-house webinars. Ensure timely follow-ups post-event in collaboration with the sales team.
- Performance Reporting & Optimization: Track key performance metrics, generate regular campaign reports, and contribute insights to refine future marketing activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Global Marketing Lead, product teams, economist and research teams, and sales stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment with business priorities and messaging. Maintain clear communication and task ownership across teams.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of B2B financial services marketing experience with a strong focus on digital execution, and lead generation.
- Well versed in using HubSpot for marketing campaign execution: Able to independently build, manage, and optimize automation workflows, email campaigns, campaign tracking.
- Proficiency in Salesforce to setup campaign reporting.
- Proven track record executing successful SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Experience using Asana (or a similar project management tool) to manage campaign workflows, timelines, and cross-team collaboration.
- Strong content adaptation and copywriting skills across digital formats.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, self-starter mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Financial services, SaaS, or investment-related marketing experience is a plus.
