The Role:
We are excited to announce several openings for Sales & Customer Service Administrators, starting in the new year. This role is based in our Leominster office and involves a 40-hour work week on a rotating shift pattern. Key responsibilities include:
- Answering customer enquiries via email and phone.
- Processing customer returns.
- Researching and listing new products.
Who We Are Looking For:
We’re seeking proactive individuals with a growth mindset, flexible to changes, and comfortable working both in a team and independently. An ideal candidate will have:
- Confident office experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, eBay, Amazon, and online retail.
- Experience in customer service via email and phone.
- Ability to work in an office environment as part of a team.
