Role Purpose:
Supporting the Group HR Systems and Benefits Manager in managing our HR Systems (Workday), which holds all our people data, and ISG Talent (Performance Management and Learning), to ensure that all people information is accurately recorded and maintained. You will be our in-house expert in how our systems work and the “go to“ person for our HR colleagues to ensure that they are skilled and able to fulfil their responsibilities. As we continue to build our systems capability, this person will support both embedding and development of such capability.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain relationships with the system providers, log system issues and progress, participate in weekly meetings, attend training sessions on updates for the systems and disseminate to the appropriate people, maintain relevant test environments.
- Partner with IT to ensure we understand how our HR Systems link in with other systems across the group.
- Supporting the HR and HR Shared Services team on their reporting requirements from weekly/monthly basis reports, creation of standardised or ad-hoc reports.
- Carry out project work in relation to the maintenance and development of our HR systems and assist with the production of Groupwide KPI reports.
- Assist with Benefits Reporting / Data Cleansing.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous Workday experience is essential.
- Strong excel and systems skills.
- Previous experience of being a Super User of Workday desirable.
